1. Who we are

UnitFleet operates a hospitality management platform. Our registered address is Ermou 106-108, Larnaca 6022, Cyprus. For privacy matters, contact sales@unitfleet.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, work email, phone number, role and venue assignment.
• Operational data you enter: shifts, tasks, orders, stock counts, closing reports.
• Billing data: company details and subscription records.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and usage logs.

3. Why we process it

To provide and secure the platform (contract), to support and improve the service and prevent abuse (legitimate interests), to send marketing where you have opted in (consent), and to meet accounting and tax duties (legal obligation).

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the service, such as hosting, email delivery and analytics providers. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Account and operational data are kept for the life of your subscription and then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
