Terms of Service

1. The service

UnitFleet provides a cloud platform for hospitality operations, scheduling, purchasing, inventory and financial reporting. Features may evolve over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the actions of users you invite, and for keeping credentials confidential.

3. Trials and fees

The free trial runs for the advertised period with no setup fee. After the trial, subscription fees are billed in advance per venue. Fees exclude VAT unless stated.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing or abusive content.
• No attempts to breach, probe or overload the platform.
• No reselling or reverse engineering of the service.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, and you can export it during your subscription.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Termination and law

Either party may terminate at the end of the current billing period. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
